Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the fragrance bottle in its original designer packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Processing & Refund
Once our olfactory specialists inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
